Terms and Conditions for AME Transportation
These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the private car transportation services provided by AME Transportation (“Company”).
Booking and Payment
1.1 You can book our private car transportation services through our website or by calling our customer service center. You are required to provide accurate and complete information about your pick-up and drop-off locations, date and time of service, and the number of passengers.
1.2 You will be charged the applicable fare for the transportation service you book, as communicated to you at the time of booking. Payment must be made at the time of booking or at the time of service, as agreed upon by you and the Company.
1.3 We accept major credit cards and cash for payment. Credit card payments will be processed securely.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
2.1 You may cancel your booking without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the fare.
2.2 If you fail to show up for your scheduled pick-up time, you will be charged a no-show fee equal to 100% of the fare.
Transportation Service
3.1 We will provide you with private car transportation services using safe, reliable, and comfortable vehicles.
3.2 Our drivers will make every effort to arrive at your pick-up location on time. However, we cannot guarantee arrival times due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that you and your party are ready to depart at the scheduled pick-up time. We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. If you are not ready to depart within 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, we reserve the right to cancel the service and charge you a no-show fee.
3.4 You and your party are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service. You will be charged for the cost of repairing any damage caused by you or your party.
Limitation of Liability
4.1 We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with your use of our private car transportation services, except to the extent that such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4.2 We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our private car transportation services.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
By using our private car transportation services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not use our services.
